Who we are
Flange (teamflange.com) is run by Thoufic Labs (OPC) Private Limited (“we”), which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at contact@teamflange.com.
This policy covers this website. Software we build for a client is covered by that client’s own policy.
What we collect when you visit
- Usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and DataFast to count page views, referring sites, and the country and device type of visitors. DataFast may set a first-party cookie to tell new visits from returning ones. We do not use these tools to identify you.
- Approximate location. The example dashboards on the home page show figures for your region. Your country, region and city are read from your IP address by our host, Vercel, at the moment of the request. We do not store them.
- Server logs. Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the service.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark, the choice is saved in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
What you send us
- Booking a call. Our “Book a free call” buttons open Calendly. The name, email and answers you give there are shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the call. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to its site.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation to reply and to follow up on any work we discuss.
How we use it
To run and improve this website, to reply to you, and to hold and follow up on calls you book. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who else processes it
Vercel (hosting and analytics), DataFast (analytics), Google (fonts and email) and Calendly (scheduling). They process data to provide their service to us. Some of them are based outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Analytics are kept in aggregate. Booking details and emails are kept for as long as we are talking or working together, and then only as long as we need them for our records or the law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you are in India, these rights come from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are in the EU or UK, from the GDPR. Write to contact@teamflange.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
