AI automation and AI receptionists for UAE businesses
AI voice agents, support assistants and lead pipelines for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the Emirates. Delivered remotely, built English-first.
What we build for UAE businesses
For businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other northern Emirates, three of our services fit most often. They deal with calls that go unanswered, customer questions that tie up the team, and leads that get lost between ads, property portals, WhatsApp and a busy sales team.
In the UAE, WhatsApp is where most customers expect to talk to a business. They message before they call, they send voice notes, and they expect a reply within minutes. Most of what we build here either starts in WhatsApp or ends there.
An AI receptionist that answers every call
An AI voice agent picks up every inbound call, day or night, answers the common questions, works out whether the caller is a real lead, and books them into your calendar or hands them to a person. Every call is transcribed and logged to your CRM, and a summary can go to the right person on WhatsApp.
It suits clinics licensed by the relevant health authority (DHA in Dubai, DoH in Abu Dhabi), whose front desk is on the phone all morning; it handles bookings and admin, never clinical decisions (see AI for medical practices). It suits car services and home maintenance companies, where the technician cannot answer mid-job (see AI for home services). And it suits hospitality and F&B businesses fielding the same questions about bookings, opening hours and delivery all day.
A support assistant trained on your business
An AI customer support assistant answers repeat questions on your website or WhatsApp from your own information (services, prices you choose to share, opening hours, policies), qualifies visitors and books the real leads. When a question needs a person, it passes the whole conversation over. Not sure whether you need a chatbot or something that takes action? Read AI chatbot vs AI agent.
One pipeline for leads from ads, portals and WhatsApp
Dubai real estate is the clearest case. A RERA-registered brokerage gets enquiries from Bayut and Property Finder, from Meta ads and from agents' own WhatsApp numbers. They end up in group chats and personal phones, and nobody can say which leads were followed up. An AI lead pipeline pulls every enquiry into one place, replies on WhatsApp within minutes, gives each lead one owner, reminds and escalates follow-ups, and shows where leads drop off. The same pattern works for car dealers, clinics and home services firms running ads.

Client story · Kamai Elevators
Kamai Elevators, an elevator company working across four cities, had its Meta ad leads landing in a WhatsApp group. We replaced it with one lead pipeline: automatic intake, one owner per lead, escalating follow-ups, a duplicate-quote check and in-app calling. Since go-live: 70% better operational efficiency, against a 30% target set by the founder. Kamai is not a UAE business; the pattern is the same.

How remote delivery works
We don't have an office in the UAE, and we don't need one to do this work. Everything runs online:
- A free 30-minute discovery call, at a time that suits you. We look at how the work moves today and where it slows down.
- A scoped proposal with what we would build, the number it should move, and the price in AED. No obligation.
- Build around your tools. We connect to the CRM, calendar, phone system and messaging you already use. Most systems go live in 30 to 60 days, including testing and onboarding your team over video.
- Measure and tune. Live reporting against the agreed number. You own the code and the data.
The work is led hands-on by our founder, Thoufic, with engineers who have built and shipped products at leading technology companies.
Time zones and the working week
Our team works from India (IST, UTC+5:30). Gulf Standard Time is UTC+4, so we are an hour and a half ahead, and a 9am to 6pm day in Dubai runs from 10:30am to 7:30pm our time. Your working day is covered almost entirely.
The UAE federal government moved from a Sunday-to-Thursday week to Monday to Friday in January 2022, with a shorter Friday. Many private companies followed, though some still work Saturdays or keep other patterns. Tell us your week on the first call and we plan check-ins around it. The systems we build run around the clock; our people do not, and we won't claim otherwise. More detail in working with a remote AI team across time zones.
Tools we connect to
We build around what you already run. In the UAE that is often:
- Messaging: WhatsApp Business and the WhatsApp Business API.
- CRM and ERP: Zoho, Odoo and HubSpot.
- Property: Bayut and Property Finder lead notifications and CRM exports.
If yours are not on the list, that is normal. Our integration work starts by checking what each system lets us connect to, and we tell you on the first call if something cannot be done cleanly.
Language: English-first
Our voice agents and assistants are built English-first, which covers the working language of most UAE businesses and their customers. If you need Arabic or another language, say so on the first call. We'll tell you plainly what is achievable for your use case rather than promise it up front.
Data protection in the UAE
Onshore UAE businesses fall under the federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Free zones with their own regimes, such as the DIFC and ADGM, have separate data protection laws. Baker McKenzie keeps a useful overview of UAE data laws. Calls and WhatsApp chats with customers contain personal data, and clinic conversations can touch health information, so we agree on the first call where data is stored, who can see transcripts, and how long they are kept. Take your own legal advice on what applies to you.

FAQ
Common questions
Does Flange have an office in Dubai or the UAE?
No. Flange delivers remotely. We run discovery calls, build, testing and team onboarding online, for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern Emirates as well as in other markets.
Can you build an AI receptionist for a business in Dubai?
Yes. Flange builds AI voice agents that answer inbound calls, handle common questions, qualify callers and book appointments, with every call logged to your CRM. Systems are built English-first.
Can you automate leads that come in on WhatsApp?
Yes. We connect to the WhatsApp Business API and to lead sources such as Meta ads, your website, and Bayut or Property Finder enquiries, so every lead lands in one pipeline with an owner and follow-up reminders instead of a group chat.
Do your AI agents speak Arabic?
Our systems are built English-first. If you need Arabic, raise it on the discovery call and we will tell you plainly what is achievable for your use case before you commit to anything.
How do time zones work with a team outside the UAE?
Our team works from India (IST, UTC+5:30), an hour and a half ahead of Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). A 9am to 6pm day in Dubai is 10:30am to 7:30pm for us, so your working day is covered almost entirely.
How much does AI automation cost for a UAE business?
Flange does not publish prices. Each project is scoped and priced in AED after a free 30-minute discovery call, with no obligation. Cost depends mostly on how many systems it connects to, how messy the inputs are, and how much needs human review.
